Two patterns for bookmarks featuring Chrysanthemum Ground, a ground developed by Judith Markham in 1985. When tensioned correctly the stitches form eight distinct points, resembling the pointed petals of the chrysanthemum flower. The ground is worked in conjunction with stitches of Torchon Lace and is in no way related to a form of braid lace called 'Chrysanthemum Lace'.
